[History and secret of French confectionery]
”Stoherer” located in Montgourue Street Paris 2° was opened as confectionery shop in 1730. Founder Nicolas Strahl began working in this the kitchen of the former Polish Stanislaw Lecitiniski when he was 14 years old , and after serving as Louis XV and his wife's patisserie at the Palace of Versailles , he set up his own shop .
This book is the history of French confections summrized based on the old records , and other historical materials that remain in the current "Strehl".
